Is Garden Mines a casino with cash payouts?

How is the game provably fair?

Before you pay, the site shows SHA-256(commit) of a secret server seed. After payment the seed is revealed. Mine positions are derived from hash(serverSeed, clientSeed, nonce) — you can recompute every mine tile yourself.
